Jan saved us hundreds of dollars in unnecessary costs when we called him out for a repair. Our washing machine was in bad shape, and while it could have been repaired, he suggested our money would be put to better use in purchasing a new machine, as our existing machine would not last much longer even if it was repaired. Jan came to service our refrigerator the same day I placed the call. He repaired it, but would not accept payment at this time. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied with his work. He followed up the next day and asked if the appliance was working and if we were happy. He told me about the discount coupons on his website and encouraged me to use them when I sent his payment. Jan is a very honest and ethical businessman.
I will call him again if I have a need, and would not hesitate to recommend him to others. Thank you Jan!

Great service! Jan kept us posted on the status of our replacement part order and was out the day he received the shipment. We were so pleased with his helpful attitude and friendly manner. Our dryer works perfectly now.

Late Saturday evening he was picking up the phone to help callers out! Only person that would attempt to fit us in in 1 day. Had me try several things over phone before arriving (all which needed to be done) to help us get things back working again. He was able to determine problem over the phone and brought parts on Monday (supply places not open on Sunday). Poped in the part and things were functional again, all within 30 minutes of arriving. Reasonable cost and super fast service!

Excellent service at a great price. Jan is professional and responsive while charging a fraction of what his competitors charge. He fixed both my stackable GE washer and GE Profile refrigerator ice/water dispenser for just over $200 including service call, parts and labor. I will recommend him to all my friends!
